What a wonderful weekend. I learned all the things about myself I have been trying to hide in the closet for the past 39 years! But I console myself by knowing lots of other people felt the same. I found terrific inspiration and motivation. I want to tell everyone all about it and to encourage others to come and find out for themselves.

I found the exercise extremely interesting and enjoyable. My mind has not stopped running along the team line yet and it has given a boost to my attempts at personal development.

This was the most meaningful learning experience of my life.

I first heard about this concept in 1982 and initially found it of great value personally. Since then I have progressively introduced it to my company and Team Skills is now part of our basic certificate, along with communication and product knowledge, which all employees are encouraged to obtain. Apart from its obvious use in team design, we have found the concept of immense value as a language. It has helped resolve amicably many a conflict and is generally a great communications enhancer.

Although we had expected benefits from the exercise we were surprised at the speed with which these became apparent and the enthusiasm with which our staff grasped the concept. In particular, what struck us most as Directors, was the impression it made on us individually.

Although already familiar with the original research I was impressed by the power of the seminar to bring the theory to life.

After two days with these people, I did find them a pain in the ####. Having had time to reflect on the experience, and realising we were all of a similar type, I now accept that others must find me a pain in the ####!

I found this a very powerful course and it's influence will last.

The seminar was a tremendous experience in observation of others and self perception. Thank you for the opportunity and the experience which I shall never forget.

I am convinced that my team skills knowledge has enabled me to see my own strengths and weaknesses more clearly and I now feel much less frustrated and tense than I did previously.

It really brought home to me the importance of playing the right role.
