The exercise can be run with four, five or six teams and the numbers in each team should ideally be four or five but could go to six if required.

Accommodation requirements are for a room large enough to take all participants and a separate syndicate room for each team. The main room will be required for the Bank and Market and cannot therefore be utilised as a syndicate room. It is strongly recommended that the seminar be residential and held off-site.

Equipment requirements are for an overhead projector, screen and flipchart in the main room together with flipchart paper and whiteboard in each syndicate room.

The following is given as an example of a timetable. There is scope for variation if required and special arrangements may be discussed for individual organisations.
